The St. Charles Sister Cities Program, operating under the sister cities international banner is a 501(c)(3) organization committed to fostering global peace and prosperity through cultural, educational, and commercial exchanges. Our mission is to create and strengthen partnerships between St. Charles and cities around the world. The French chapter specifically focuses on education and commerce, facilitating student exchanges, business collaborations, and sharing and learning opportunities to benefit both communities.
